Information in this user guide will provide support for the PC-ACE free billing Medicare software. A complete help manual is also available within the PC-ACE software program.
Review the PC-ACE training modules for assistance with using the software. Select the appropriate training module based on your line of business - Part A: PC-ACE Institutional Training Module or Part B: PC-ACE Professional Training Module.
Helpful tip: When using PC-ACE, identify any required fields that are missing information by clicking Save on any screen.
Prior to contacting the EDI Services Help Desk for assistance, please review all the information provided below as well as the help feature within PC-ACE. To access the program's help feature, click "Help" and then "Help Topic" from the main toolbar in PC-ACE.
